Brief
Recording the screen is the easy part. What takes the afternoon is everything after it: cropping to what matters, zooming in at the right moment, and hiding the fact that a real hand moved the mouse. Most teams skip all of it and ship tutorials nobody watches.
Approach
The app reads the recording instead of asking the user to direct it. It detects where the attention is, places the zooms, redraws the cursor path as a smooth motion, and animates the clicks. What is left for the person is a trim and a background. The edit stays non-destructive, so any of it can be undone.
