Brief
A boutique hotel sending its own guests to booking platforms that charged commission on every stay. The site looked the part but could not take a reservation.
Approach
We built the reservation flow into the site and connected it to the platform the hotel already runs on, so availability, rates, and confirmations stay in one place. Guests pick dates, see real availability, and book — no handoff, no commission, no double entry for the front desk.
