Brief
Brands and creators were finding each other in DMs. Terms lived in chat threads, usage rights were assumed rather than agreed, and getting paid came down to trust in both directions. The work already existed; the infrastructure around it did not.
Approach
We built it as a product, not a directory. Creators publish a portfolio in minutes and apply to verified brands; brands post briefs with usage rights included. Money sits in escrow until the work lands, contracts are signed digitally, and both sides read from the same record.
Scope
Product definition, marketplace design and build, creator and brand onboarding, contracts and digital signature, escrow payments and payouts, subscription tiers.
